Jersey Mike’s is hiring a Shift Lead to support daily restaurant operations at 9650 Westheimer Road, Houston, Texas. The role leads and coaches crew members, delivers guest service, enforces food safety and sanitation standards, assists with opening and closing procedures, delegates work during peak periods, supports new-employee training, and may perform food preparation and guest-service duties.
