Description
The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations at Jersey Mike’s by leading and coaching crew members, delivering guest service, enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and delegating work during peak periods. The role may also step into crew member duties for food preparation and guest service. It is available full-time or part-time, pays $12–$15 per hour, and may include medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and professional development benefits.
