Description
The Jersey Mike’s Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations by leading and coaching crew members, delivering guest service, enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and delegating work during peak periods. The role may also step into crew member duties for food preparation and guest service. It is available full-time or part-time, pays $12–$17 per hour, and may include medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.
