Description
The Shift Lead supports daily Little Caesars restaurant operations by leading and coaching crew members, delivering guest service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and supporting training and onboarding. The role may require stepping into Crew Member duties and requires physical work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment. Compensation is $17.13 to $19.13 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits subject to eligibility.
