Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a Shift Lead to support daily restaurant operations at its Lafayette, Indiana location. The role leads and coaches crew members, delivers guest service, enforces food safety and sanitation standards, assists with opening and closing procedures, delegates work during peak periods, and supports new-employee training.
