Description
The Shift Lead supports daily Little Caesars restaurant operations by leading and coaching crew members, delivering guest service, maintaining food quality and safety standards, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and delegating work during peak periods. The role may also step into Crew Member duties as needed and requires physical work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment. Previous restaurant or leadership experience is preferred, and the position is eligible for overtime.
