Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a Shift Lead to support daily Little Caesars restaurant operations in Reynoldsburg, Ohio. The role leads crew members, coaches and directs team members, handles guest service and concerns, monitors food safety and sanitation, assists with opening and closing procedures, delegates work during peak periods, and supports new-employee training.
