Description
The Shift Lead supports daily Little Caesars restaurant operations by leading crew members, coaching and directing team members, delivering guest service, enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, assisting with opening and closing procedures, and supporting training and onboarding. The role may require stepping into Crew Member duties and requires physical work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment. Compensation is $14.50 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits subject to eligibility.
