Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a Shift Lead to support daily Little Caesars restaurant operations in El Paso, Texas. The role leads crew members, provides coaching and feedback, delivers guest service, enforces food safety and sanitation standards, assists with opening and closing procedures, delegates work during peak periods, and supports new-employee training.
