Description
The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations at a Wingstop location in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The role supervises crew members, provides coaching and feedback, delivers guest service, enforces food safety and sanitation standards, assists with opening and closing procedures, delegates tasks during peak periods, and supports new-employee training. The position is full-time or part-time, pays $15–$17 per hour, and may include medical, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k), paid time off, and professional development.
