The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations at a Wingstop location in San Bernardino by supervising crew members, coaching and directing team members, delivering guest service, enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, assisting with opening and closing procedures, delegating tasks during peak periods, and supporting new-employee training.
