Description
The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations at Wingstop by supervising crew members, coaching and directing team members, delivering guest service, enforcing food quality and safety standards, assisting with opening and closing procedures, delegating tasks during peak periods, and supporting new-employee training. The role requires strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Compensation is $14.50 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance eligibility subject to plan terms.
