Description
The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations at a Wingstop location in Columbus, Ohio by supervising crew members, coaching and directing team members, delivering guest service, enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, assisting with opening and closing procedures, delegating tasks during peak periods, and supporting new-employee training. The role may require stepping into Crew Member duties and involves extended standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment. Compensation is $15.00 to $15.50 per hour, with medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits subject to eligibility.
