Sizzling Platter LLC is hiring a Shift Lead to support daily restaurant operations at 3240 Wilkinson Blvd, Charlotte, North Carolina. The role supervises crew members, coaches and directs team members, handles guest service and concerns, monitors food quality and safety, assists with opening and closing procedures, delegates tasks during peak periods, and supports new-employee training. The position is full-time or part-time, pays $15–$17 per hour, and may include medical, dental, and vision insurance subject to eligibility.
