Wingstop is hiring a Shift Lead to supervise crew members and support daily restaurant operations at its Lewis Center, Ohio location. The role leads team members, provides coaching and feedback, delivers guest service, monitors food quality and safety, assists with opening and closing procedures, delegates tasks during peak periods, and supports new-employee training.
