The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations at Sizzling Platter LLC in West Lehi, Utah, by supervising crew members, coaching and directing team members, delivering guest service, enforcing food safety and sanitation standards, assisting with opening and closing procedures, delegating tasks during peak periods, and supporting new-employee training. The role is full-time or part-time, pays $13 per hour, and may include medical, dental, and vision insurance subject to eligibility.
