Description
The Shift Lead supports daily restaurant operations at Sizzling Platter LLC’s Wingstop location in San Marcos, California. The role supervises crew members, coaches and directs team members, delivers guest service, enforces food quality and safety standards, assists with opening and closing procedures, delegates tasks during peak periods, and supports new-employee training. The position is full-time or part-time, pays $22 per hour, and may include medical, dental, and vision insurance subject to eligibility.
