Cognito Systems is seeking a Lead Athletic Trainer to join the U.S. Army's Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) program at Ft. Irwin, CA. This role involves serving as a Brigade Lead Athletic Trainer, coordinating with various teams, providing education to Soldiers, managing equipment and supplies, submitting monthly reports, participating in meetings, preparing documents, and acting as a point of contact for Cognito Systems. The successful candidate will contribute to optimizing human performance, improving ACFT pass rates, reducing injuries, and enhancing behavioral health within the Army.
