Description
The role leads and supports employees across all shifts in the day-to-day operation of a highly automated welding process, develops and optimizes automation systems, monitors production and HSE performance, supports system availability and investment planning, creates training materials, and manages tools and production resources. It requires an engineering or technical vocational qualification, relevant experience, automation and production knowledge, MS Office and SAP proficiency, German and English skills, and occasional travel. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement with flexible working.
