Description

Jabil is hiring a Lead Automation Project Engineer in St. Petersburg, Florida to develop automated assembly, test, and packaging systems. The role involves coordinating with equipment suppliers, specifying and purchasing tools and fixtures, leading automation quotations, developing user requirements and equipment specifications, qualifying custom or vendor equipment, training automation teams, and ensuring seamless handover to receiving-site teams. 3 years leading cross-functional FDA-compliant automation projects from quote to launch
3 years driving continuous improvements, Kaizen events, and CAPA analysis in automation systems
