Description
N-iX is hiring an AQA Lead to establish and lead quality assurance for a quote-to-cash ERP/PSA used by field-service system integrators. The role is responsible for setting up AQA processes, defining QA standards, maintaining test automation, integrating with CI/CD, managing defects and quality metrics, coordinating testing across multiple projects, reviewing requirements, and supervising milestones. The position requires extensive commercial test-automation experience, strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Playwright or Cypress/Selenium knowledge, API and SQL testing, AI-assisted QA, Agile and Azure DevOps expertise, and experience leading a team of 10+ QA/AQA professionals. The role offers flexible remote, office-based, or flexible working arrangements.
