Description
LSEG is hiring a Lead Automation Quality Engineer to define quality engineering strategy and automation roadmaps for Customer Identity and Access Management platforms. The role leads UI, API, data, service-level, contract, and observability testing; mentors engineers; partners with product and engineering leadership; and drives quality governance across CIAM services, microservices, APIs, data flows, and identity protocols. It requires 10+ years of quality engineering or automation testing experience, strong Python, Java, or TypeScript expertise, and experience with automation frameworks, CI/CD, cloud platforms, and identity technologies. The role is based in Bengaluru, India, with a blended work arrangement requiring office attendance at least three days per week.
