Description
The Lead Technician will own residential and commercial AV integration projects from start to finish, leading installations of Control4, Crestron, and Lutron systems; mentoring junior technicians; interpreting schematics and documentation; configuring systems; coordinating with project managers, sales, and clients; and supporting service handoffs. The role requires at least three years of residential or commercial AV integration experience, strong Control4 skills, and the ability to lead small teams and complete projects with minimal supervision.
