BRAVAS is hiring a Lead Home Automation Technician in Naples, Florida to lead residential pre-wiring, trim-out, installation, programming, and service for luxury smart-home projects. The role includes configuring control systems, networks, cameras, and NVRs; troubleshooting; installing and calibrating audio-visual and structured-cabling systems; coordinating trades and clients; mentoring junior technicians; and maintaining project documentation. Candidates need at least five years of residential installation and service experience, strong control-system and residential AV programming skills, blueprint-reading ability, professional communication skills, and a valid driver's license.
