Astrolab is hiring a Lead Avionics Test Engineer to build and lead a team of avionics test engineers and own the full lifecycle of avionics unit test systems. The role covers test architecture, automated test-system development, manufacturing test infrastructure, design-for-test collaboration, production sustainment, test standards, anomaly investigation, and corrective actions. Candidates need a STEM bachelor's degree, at least five years of relevant avionics, hardware-test, manufacturing, or test-automation experience, and experience leading engineers and developing automated test solutions for high-reliability electronics.
