SpaceX is hiring a Lead Avionics Test Engineer for its Starshield satellite development program. The role leads complex electrical test problems, develops autonomous test systems, owns test development from requirements through factory integration, and collaborates with design and manufacturing engineers to validate flight hardware. The position requires an engineering degree, at least two years of professional design or hands-on manufacturing experience in aerospace, automotive, aircraft, or marine assemblies, and at least one year of leadership experience. Compensation is $140,000 to $230,000, with medical, vision, dental, retirement, disability, life, paid leave, and other benefits.
