Description
Summit Integrated is seeking a Lead AVL Technician to lead a crew of installation technicians at project sites. The Lead AVL Technician will ensure the effective and efficient execution of AVL system installation projects, mentor team members, and maintain alignment with Summit Core Values. This role involves assisting the Foreman, reviewing documentation, managing inventory, executing installation plans, performing QC inspections, assigning tasks, coordinating logistics, coaching the team, and leading the actual installation of audio, video, and lighting equipment.
