Summit Integrated is seeking a Lead AVL Technician to join their Dallas/Ft. Worth team. This full-time role involves leading a crew of installation technicians, executing AVL system installations, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to industry standards. The successful candidate will operate independently, perform QC inspections, maintain a clean jobsite, and coordinate logistical aspects such as travel and housing. The position requires strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
