VARITE India Private Limited is seeking a Lead Backend Developer to design and develop scalable Python-based backend systems, microservices, REST APIs, event-driven processing, and cloud-native solutions using AWS. The role requires technical leadership, architectural decision-making, mentoring, stakeholder management, and ownership of production systems. Candidates should have at least seven years of software engineering experience, a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline, and strong expertise in Python, Django, FastAPI, distributed systems, databases, messaging, and cloud infrastructure.
