GEODIS is hiring a permanent, full-time Lead Backend Developer in Gennevilliers, France, to lead and advance a digital technology team within its Dev Factory. The role reports to the Head of the headquarters IT division and involves Java/J2EE and JSF development, JVM profiling, performance and security optimization, technical design, estimation, complex development, testing, and application availability. Candidates need a Bac+3 or Bac+4 qualification, at least 10 years of application development experience, and proficiency in Java J2EE 8 and JSF.
