Description
Aplazo is hiring a Lead Backend Engineer to own and operate backend systems for its financial products, lead technical initiatives and architecture decisions, mentor engineers, drive quality and observability, handle incidents, and use AI strategically. The role requires at least five years of experience building backend systems at scale, strong Java expertise, distributed-systems knowledge, and familiarity with AWS, while also requiring Spanish fluency and a product-minded approach to fintech and lending.
