Lead Backend Engineer (m/f/d) at Peter Park

Peter Park is hiring a Backend Engineer to define and evolve scalable backend systems, own projects from concept through delivery, mentor engineers, and improve observability, security, and developer workflows. The role requires strong Python, C++, Node.js, and backend-framework expertise, AWS and Terraform experience, high-throughput systems knowledge, and familiarity with microservices, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and monitoring tools. It is a permanent contract in Munich with a 3-day-in-office, 2-day-remote setup and 40 hours per week.
