Description
HIVED is hiring a Lead Engineer to lead its Routing Squad and own the technical direction of systems supporting routing optimisation, supply-demand matching, parcel distribution, forecasting, and planning. The role combines technical strategy, architecture, engineering quality, and team leadership across backend, distributed systems, optimisation, data, product, operations, and senior leadership stakeholders. It requires at least five years of software engineering experience, including backend or distributed systems development, along with experience leading engineers and solving complex operational problems. The position is based at HIVED’s Shoreditch headquarters in a dynamic hybrid environment and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance.
