Description
Flagship Culinary Services is hiring a Lead Barista to lead daily operations at two café stations, prepare espresso and other beverages, assign tasks, train and coach baristas, monitor inventory, maintain sanitation and station cleanliness, resolve guest issues, and support catering and special events. The role pays $34.00 per hour, runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and includes medical, dental, vision insurance, paid holidays, a 401K match, and vacation and sick days. Applicants need a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent, at least one year of barista experience in a high-volume coffee shop or café, and an active Handlers’ Card (ServSafe).
