OGX is hiring a part-time Lead Barista to supervise Café Operations at its New York City flagship location. The role leads the café team, trains and develops staff, oversees food and beverage operations and inventory, participates in the Leader on Duty rotation, and delivers a high-quality guest experience. Candidates need a New York City Food Handler’s Certificate, at least two years of food and beverage service experience, one year of supervisory or management experience, and availability for a variable schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The position pays $21.00 per hour and offers a flexible schedule and paid sick time.
