Description
The Lead Bartender operates and oversees a bar, preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining drink quality and cleanliness, training and coaching bar staff, managing inventory and beverage costs, processing payments, and ensuring responsible alcohol service. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least two years of bartending experience in a high-volume environment, strong mixology skills, and the ability to work extended shifts in fast-paced environments.
