ASTRA ABA is seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee clinical excellence, mentor a growing team, and shape the future of high-quality ABA services for children and families throughout North Carolina. This role involves leading ABA programming, conducting assessments, monitoring client progress, ensuring treatment integrity, and providing supervision and mentorship to clinical staff. The ideal candidate will build strong family partnerships and collaborate with leadership to support clinic growth.
