ASTRA ABA is looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee clinical excellence, mentor a growing team, and shape the future of high-quality ABA services for children and families throughout North Carolina. This role involves leading ABA programming, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, monitoring client progress, and ensuring treatment integrity. The Lead BCBA will also supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff, foster a positive team culture, build family partnerships, and collaborate with leadership to support clinic growth.
