Description
I Am Boundless is hiring a Lead Behavior Technician to work in a residential therapeutic setting with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other intellectual or developmental disabilities. The role involves constant engagement and supervision, Applied Behavioral Analysis, behavior support plans, crisis intervention, and leading each shift while completing an on-call rotation. Candidates must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of mental health experience, leadership experience, English communication skills, and the listed first-aid, CPR, delegated nursing, driver’s license, and insurance requirements.
