Description

Cortica is hiring a full-time Lead Behavior Technician for school-based ABA services. The role provides direct behavior-analytic support to students with autism spectrum disorder and other neurodevelopmental differences, implements individualized behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs, collaborates with educators and behavior analysts, collects and reviews student data, and mentors and supervises School Behavior Technicians. The position also handles administrative supervision, compliance, documentation, scheduling, incident reporting, and travel between school sites. Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of experience leading direct reports and one year of ABA experience in a school or clinical setting, plus required safety, credential, first aid/CPR, tuberculosis clearance, transportation, and travel requirements. The base pay is $21.91 to $29.40 per hour, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
