Behavioral Concepts is currently seeking a Lead Technician to support a clinical team under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The role involves delivering behavior treatment and teaching procedures, collecting and recording data, documenting services, collaborating with behavior analysts, supporting parent treatment guidance, and completing required training and meetings. Candidates should be holding or pursuing a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and working toward BCBA certification, with strong communication, time-management, transportation, and multitasking skills.
