Description
Pearce is hiring a Lead Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) Services Technician to lead complex electrical and mechanical projects in mission-critical environments. The role supervises crews of 5–40+ technicians and subcontractors, plans project execution, manages customer communications, trains junior technicians, maintains safety standards, and troubleshoots electrical and mechanical systems. It requires extensive experience with medium- to high-voltage systems, utility-scale BESS, data centers, UPS systems, and commissioning, along with relevant certifications and a valid driver's license. The position is up to 100% travel across the United States, with rotating shifts and a base pay range of $45–$60 USD per hour.
