Throttle & Thrive is hiring a part-time, in-person Lead Behavioral Health Technician in Palos Verdes Estates, California, working Wednesday through Sunday at $22 per hour. The role leads daily operations, manages and trains Behavioral Health Technicians, oversees compliance and regulatory requirements, documents in Kipu EMR, supports clinical crises, and handles medication passes, vitals, group facilitation, transportation, food management, facility maintenance, and vehicle inspections. Candidates must hold an active RADT or CADC, have prior BHT and management experience, and be comfortable managing others and overseeing vehicle maintenance.
