Covéa Insurance is hiring a Lead BI Analyst to lead and shape business intelligence tooling, governance, reporting solutions, self-service analytics, and data-driven decision-making. The role works with Business Reporting, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders, contributes to BI capability and data quality, influences strategic data initiatives, and mentors colleagues. It is a hybrid position based in the Halifax office, requires experience with Power BI, SQL, DAX, and related BI tools, and offers flexible hours and a 36.25-hour work week.
