Ruby Labs is hiring a Lead Billing Data Analyst to own the data strategy for subscription billing operations. The role combines hands-on analytics and pipeline work—monitoring payments, renewals, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and other billing metrics; building dashboards and data pipelines; running experiments and forecasting; and translating insights into recommendations—with leadership responsibilities for mentoring and managing a team of analysts. The position is remote for applicants located within approximately ±4 hours of CET and offers benefits including unlimited paid time off, paid national holidays, and a company-provided MacBook.
