Flagship Pioneering is hiring a Bioinformatics Engineer for its Scientific Cloud team to own and operate a portfolio bioinformatics platform, build reusable pipeline frameworks, translate open-source bioinformatics code into deployable workflows, and manage access to external genomic and biomedical data consortia. The role requires an M.S. or Ph.D. in a relevant field, at least 7 years of bioinformatics engineering experience, expertise in genomic data formats and cloud-native workflow tools, strong Python or R programming, and experience with data access and compliance processes. The salary range is $128,000-$176,000, with healthcare coverage and other benefits.
