Description
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides empirically-based, family-centered intervention activities to clients with developmental disabilities, ages 14 months and older, in home and other natural settings. The role delivers individualized behavior intervention plans, maintains treatment integrity, records ABC behavior and session data accurately, collaborates with case supervisors and treatment teams, and supports supervision and intake/reauthorization review. It requires a master’s degree in psychology or a related field, active BCBA certification, one year of BCBA experience, knowledge of autism intervention methodologies, and the ability to travel to multiple work sites.
