Ayr Wellness is hiring a Lead Budtender to lead dispensary team performance, provide personalized cannabis product guidance, fulfill customer orders using POS and inventory systems, achieve sales targets, support training and continuous improvement, maintain compliance with state cannabis regulations, and keep the dispensary clean, stocked, and customer-ready. The role is based in a Las Vegas dispensary and requires at least two years of fast-paced retail customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and availability for varied shifts, weekends, and holidays.
