Description
The Data Center Lead Building Engineer provides maintenance support for a data center and campus, maintaining mechanical and electrical systems and assisting vendors and contractors. The role supervises engineering and maintenance staff, manages projects and budgets, oversees contractor work, performs preventive maintenance on refrigeration, HVAC, electrical, backup, and utility systems, troubleshoots equipment, manages work orders, and trains new engineers. It reports to the Chief Engineer and requires a high school diploma or GED, five years of data center or building management experience, and two years of building automation systems experience; Johnson Controls and Metasys experience are preferred.
