Description
The Lead Building Engineer leads and oversees the day-to-day operations and maintenance of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire and life safety, and building automation systems. The role supervises engineering staff and contractors, coordinates preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, manages vendor compliance, conducts inspections, and supports tenant and property-manager issues. It requires a high school diploma or GED, five to seven years of industry-related experience, supervisory or mentoring experience, and strong knowledge of building systems, codes, safety, and building automation. The position is 100% in-office, pays $41–$45 USD, and includes medical, dental, and vision insurance.
